Delivery Information

Email vouchers are dispatched immediately after purchase free of charge. An automatic email with a gift voucher link will be sent as soon as the transaction is completed. This can be sent to either the purchaser or the recipient.
By Post
Please note your gift voucher will arrive in a branded envelope.
Gift vouchers ordered before 12 noon will be issued and dispatched on the same (working) day. Gift vouchers ordered after 12 noon, will be issued and dispatched on the following (working) day.
Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any UK public or bank holidays. If a gift voucher is ordered after 12 noon on a Friday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday. We use Royal Mail.
Please note that postal vouchers are dispatched from the UK.
Royal Mail Standard aims to deliver in 3-5 working days for Europe and 6-7 working days for the rest of the world. Please allow fifteen (15) working days for delivery during peak postal time. This is not a trackable service.
Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For aims to deliver in 3-5 working days for Europe and 6-7 working days for the rest of the world. Please allow fifteen (15) working days for delivery during peak postal time. This is a tracked service and requires a signature upon delivery.
Royal Mail Second Class Post aims to deliver in 2-3 days but this is not guaranteed and can take up to 7 working days. Please allow twelve (12) working days for delivery during peak postal time. This is not a trackable service. UK ONLY.
Royal Mail First Class Post aims to deliver in 1-2 days but this is not guaranteed and can take up to 5 working days. Please allow ten (10) working days for delivery during peak postal time. This is not a trackable service. UK ONLY.
Royal Mail Special Delivery aims to deliver by 1pm the next working day (if ordered before 12 noon). This is a tracked service and requires a signature upon delivery. UK ONLY.

How to redeem your gift voucher:
Please call the Aqua Sana Contact Centre on 0818 818018 (Republic of Ireland) or 03448 266202 (Northern Ireland) and we can assist you with booking your spa day. Unfortunately, our gift vouchers cannot be redeemed online.
